Welcome to Brussels, the capital of Europe! A visit to Brussels starts with the Grand Place, which some say is the most beautiful square in the world. Explore the historic centre on foot, admire the Cathedral of Saint Michael and Saint Gudula, the Galeries Saint-Hubert, the oldest covered shopping centre in Europe, and the Royal Palace of Brussels. Go and see Manneken Pis and Jeanneke Pis. Don’t miss the Atomium, which offers a magnificent view of Brussels.

For those who prefer to discover the city through gastronomy, eating delicious fries is a must! Here are some examples of what you can eat and drink in Brussels: deep-fried mussels, the famous Belgian chocolate, Brussels waffles and, of course, a delicious beer. Welcome to Liège, also known as ‘La cite ardente’. Come and discover the historical centre. For the more sporty, we challenge you to climb the Buerenberg with its 374 steps. For those who prefer to party, there is a whole district dedicated to it: “Le carré”. You will find several bars there. For those who prefer peace and quiet: Liège has several parks, one of the most famous being “Le parc de la Boverie”. The park offers not only a natural beauty but also a museum.

Those who prefer to discover the city through gastronomy should taste the “boulets à la liégeoise”, there are also the “gaufres de Liège” (saperlipopette is one of the amazing places where you can eat one). And the peket house in the centre of Liège is THE PLACE to enjoy a good peket!
